That’s why we’ve set up this special section of our website with the support of the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program to raise awareness about mental health issues, share the personal stories of those affected and help our readers find additional support and resources.

Our goal is to get people talking as openly about mental health as the other challenges we face in rural Australia such as drought and bushfires.

These conversations are too important not to have.
